Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your thingshomeshop.com purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

30-Day Return Policy
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are subject to our review and approval.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our online Return Center. You will need your order number and email address to log in. Through the Return Center, you can select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a return method, and print a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.

Return Methods

  • Prepaid Label: For many items, you can use a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Self-Ship Return: For some larger items, you may be instructed to arrange your own return shipment. In these cases, you will be reimbursed for reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the item at our warehouse.

Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, we will issue your refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Mattresses
  • Bedding (e.g., sheets, comforters, mattress toppers)
  • Food & Beverage
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items or items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Address
Please do not send returns directly to our corporate offices. Always initiate your return through the online Return Center to receive the correct shipping address and instructions for your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Missing Refund?
If you haven’t received your refund after it has been processed, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

Lost or Stolen Packages
thingshomeshop.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned upon delivery.

Promotional Items
If you return an item that qualified for a promotional offer (e.g., free gift, percentage off), the promotion may be voided. The value of any free gift kept may be deducted from your refund.

International Returns
We are unable to process returns from international addresses at this time.
